As you may know, I haven’t been feeling my ‘best’ self for a while… This year I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease which has been a wake up call for me to proritise my health. The last couple of months I have been doing just that. In this ep I talk about the 5 pillars of health I’m currently focusing on. These are nothing groundbreaking and I bet you have heard alot of them before but as humans I think we tend to over complicate things. I’m getting back to the basics in this healing season, so I thought I would share if you also need a refresher that sometimes less is more! 🧘♀️
