I hope you’re having a great week!
If something in your life isn’t unfolding as you had hoped, remember that it isn’t a mistake - it’s divine timing.
As hard as that might be at the time 💔 The only way I’ve got through tough times is locking into the the core belief of trusting that what is coming to me is coming at the perfect time, what is meant to be will be.
Believing it will work out better than I could have ever imagined 🕊
The biggest game changer in my life has been locking in the core belief, that everything is unfolding as it is meant to & it will be better than I could have ever imagined.
When we are faced with hardships, we have the ability to turn our mess into our message, to push past the shit and for something beautiful to be born from something that was once really hard.
We can’t control the things that happen to us, but what we can control is how we react and our mindset around it.
DISCLAIMER: I am not talking about toxic positivity, you need to feel what you feel in order to process it and grow from it.
So if you are currently in a tough time, know that your feelings are valid, it’s okay to be sad or angry, allow yourself to feel through the situation.
But, then look within and ask yourself, what positives have come from this situation? What have I learnt during this time? How can I grow from this?
For example, as you probably know by now, last year, Tim & I fell pregnant and then went through the horrible devastation of a miscarriage. We struggled to fall to begin with and it was a really challenging time for both of us.
At the time, there was no reasoning with me, I couldn’t see any positives, I was hurt, upset and defeated. It broke my heart.
During the initial hurt, you can’t bargain with yourself and you can’t just be okay and be happy and know that something good is coming from it.
But in hindsight, and in reflection, there are some things I learnt and can now recognise to be ‘positive’ even though the situation as a whole, was so challenging & sh*t.
For example, if we hadn’t struggled so much in the beginning, I wouldn’t have gone and gotten tests done and found out that I had my autoimmune condition, Hosimotos.
Also if I didn’t have my miscarriage I wouldn’t have gotten my implants removed (surgery already booked in) which I truly believe were making me so sick & possibly cause of my miscarriage.
Basically, what I mean is - you can turn your mess into your message, you can change your mindset and you can beat whatever is testing you.
I like to believe that whatever we go through will make us bitter or better, and I know I would rather rise up & become better.
The next part to this, is that you will only attract things into your life that you are on the same vibe as.
So, if you get stuck in a negative mindset and become stuck in a negative loop, then you will continue to attract stuff with that same vibe.
For example, do you know someone who keeps attracting f*ck boys into their life? No matter how many times they are hurt, they keep finding the same kinds of people to come into their life.
It’s usually because that’s what they believe they deserve, even on a subconscious level.
We attract into our life what we believe we deserve, or what is on the same vibration as us.
Which is why we need to find the positives in tough times and attach our energy to that!
Whilst it’s a tough pill to swallow, you being stuck in a victim mindset could be the very thing that is blocking you from building your dream life.
You will only become your next level self when you are rising up and making the best of a shitty situation.
If you are wanting to hear me speak more on this, you can listen to my IGTV here.
If you are ready to remove those blocks and start living as your most authentic self, then the Rise & Conquer Project is opening for enrollment on June 28th and we will be taking a limited group of people through the course, find out more here.
