3 Ingredient Protein Pancakes

My 3 ingredient pancake recipe is simple, quick and absolutely delicious. Plus, it’s packed full of protein to energise you throughout the day.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 serve of Thrive Plant Protein (I used Vanilla Shortbread and it’s AMAZING!)

HERE’S HOW TO MAKE IT:

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.

  2. Heat a frying pan with oil and pour mixture into centre! Makes 4 medium sized pancakes.

  3. Top with coconut yoghurt and berries to finish.
