Hello!

I'm Georgie and I'm SO grateful you've made your way to my site - I can't wait to share more of my journey with you.

So let's take it back.... in 2012, fresh out of high school, I began my law degree. I was your typical university student, never taking care nor listening to my body. Weeks were filled with "easy" meals, unhealthy snacks, binge drinking, the daily (unnecessary) sleep-in's and minimal fitness activities. Within a year my body caught up to me and I gained 10kgs. I was unhappy, low on energy and self conscious with the way my body was looking. That's when I decided...it was time for a change and so my 'health and fitness' journey started!

There have been numerous ups and downs throughout my fitness journey. Balancing my studies, friends, family, love life and health has been a struggle at times, but I've educated myself and learnt what works for me.

Fast forward to now and I can happily say having a healthy body and mind is achievable and sustainable - it has changed my life for the better in SO many ways!! This is why I am so passionate about sharing it with others. 

Along with my Instagram and YouTube account, my website showcases a collection of my recommendations, tips and knowledge that I have learnt throughout this journey. I love moving my body, fuelling my body and living in a healthy mindset. This is only the beginning and I can't wait to share the rest of my journey with you. Happy reading!!
